UAE presidential adviser Anwar Gargash says the international community failed Sudan, while speaking at the Manama Dialogue about the humanitarian situation in Darfur following the advance of the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces. The UAE, along with Egypt, the US and Saudi Arabia, called for a three-month humanitarian ceasefire in September.
