A few hours from now, US President Donald Trump is expected to preside over the first meeting of his “Board of Peace”.
It’s meant to focus on Gaza’s future – including its reconstruction and the deployment of an international security force.
The initiative has drawn praise from Trump’s allies but has also been criticised by countries who worry it will undermine the United Nations.
